DR LEBOGANG KENAOPE

Born and raised in Tlhabologang near Coligny in the North West, Lebogang Jacktor Kenaope completed his schooling at Matlape Primary School and More High School to realise that he wanted to pursue a career in medicine. After completing his medical degree at the University of Medical Sciences in Villa Clara, Cuba, Dr Kenaope went on to obtain his qualification as a physician through the College of Physicians of South Africa (FCPSA) and MMED (MASTER OF MEDICINE) at Wits University. The doctor obtained his subspecialist qualification as a Pulmonologist (Cert Pulmonology) through the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa. With training in respiratory medicine and his associations with the South African and American Thoracic Society, the European Respiratory Society and the American College of Chest Physicians, Dr Lebogang Kenaope is a Specialist Pulmonologist. Dr Kenaope Also has a European Diploma in Adult Respiratory Medicine.

From his practice based at the Life Peglerae Hospital in Rustenburg, Dr Kenaope has a keen interest in the treatment and management of pulmonary conditions, lung diseases such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), tuberculosis, stroke-related pneumonia and occupational lung diseases as well as hypertension and diabetes mellitus.
